We’ve had the case erector (and a case sealer) for about 4-5 years and it’s the best machine in my factory. It’s very efficient, easy to operate and very simple to change over from one type of case to another. It has saved us the cost of employing 4 operators to do the same job and it’s an extremely reliable machine.

Company Overview

Endoline Machinery was founded in 1981 and over the last 30 years the company has established itself as one of the leading international manufacturers of end-of-line packaging machines and systems.

Originally Endoline designed and manufactured small case taping machines – bought by UK manufacturering companies looking to begin the automation process. During the following three decades, Endoline has developed a comprehensive portfolio of high specification erecting, loading and sealing solutions – marking its position as one of Europe’s elite machinery suppliers.

Anticipating the widespread adoption of automation and robotics as an outcome of the relentless pursuit of productivity improvements Endoline developed a range of modular machines that provide any thing from semi –automatic to fully automatic solutions, including turnkey lines.

In order to provide high quality, innovative solutions, Endoline has partnered with many like-minded companies to create enhanced systems by combining complementary technologies. In 2007 Endoline formed an alliance with Quin Systems to introduce a unique complete case packing solution - The Versapack - which married an Endoline high speed case erecting machine with Quin’s automatic RTheta Casepacker which offers customers a high speed compact erecting and packing solution for use in restricted areas.

Other recent innovations have been developed in cooperation with ABB, one of the world’s leading engineering companies, and Sealed Air, a leading manufacturer of protective packaging systems and materials. As a result Endoline now offers complete packing lines incorporating either robotic or cartesian pick and place case loading devices . , and a fully automatic random case sealer with void filling system. This new case sealer is designed to simultaneously address customer demand for improved product protection while delivering substantial reductions in packaging and product wastage.
