Scenario 1
hand packing with no automation
Operators are hand erecting cases, loading products by hand then sealing cases and loading them on to the pallet.
Scenario 2
semi-automation: case former and semi-automatic case taper
Flat case blanks are formed on the case former, products are loaded by hand then the cases are automatically sealed for loading on to pallets.
Scenario 3A
semi-automation: case erector, packing station and fully automatic case taper
The case erector erects and bottom seals the cases, products are loaded by hand at the ergonomically designed hand packing station then automatically sealed.
Scenario 3B
semi-automation: case erector, packing station and fully automatic case taper
The case erector erects and bottom seals the cases, products are loaded by hand at the ergonomically designed hand packing station then automatically sealed.
Scenario 4
full automation: case erector, case packer and fully automatic case taper
The case erector erects and bottom seals the cases, the case packer loads the products in to the cases which are then sealed automatically.
