We’ve had the case erector (and a case sealer) for about 4-5 years and it’s the best machine in my factory. It’s very efficient, easy to operate and very simple to change over from one type of case to another. It has saved us the cost of employing 4 operators to do the same job and it’s an extremely reliable machine.

Partners

Endoline enjoys close relationships with many leading companies within the packaging industry, as it recognises the mutual benefits to be had from sharing specialist knowledge in order to deliver the best solutions to customers, whether they wish to buy a complete system or just to know that the individual components within their system are compatible with each other and the materials to be used.

Endoline works only in partnership with machinery companies that share its view of supplying class-leading equipment backed up by a professional attitude to customer support. Among the many partnerships, two stand out as being particularly significant for the way in which they compliment the respective capabilities of each company.

Quin Systems

Quin Systems is a UK manufacturer of control systems that has successfully added a wide range of applications experience to its portfolio. This began with a number of challenging projects that involved converting mechanical packaging machines including vertical and horizontal form and seal machines to become servo controlled, thereby increasing speed and efficiency. Quin then went on to develop their patented RTheta high speed picking head at which point the company moved into producing complete packing lines, which is when they approached Endoline to supply case erecting and sealing machinery to complete the system.

After a number of successful “modular” machine systems were installed and proven, the two companies saw an opportunity to develop an industry-leading machine, the Versapack, by combining Endoline’s tried and tested case erector with the well-proven RTheta picking head.

The result is a machine that can erect and load cases with a variety of product types including flow wrap, pillow pack, cartons and trays at speeds of up to 18 cases per minute and 100 picks per minute; all within the same footprint of a standard Endoline case erector. The key to the success of this machine is that, unlike most other combined erector/loaders, Versapack benefits from having the best erector and best loading equipment available as each module is designed and built by experts in their field.

Atlanta Group

Atlanta is a relative newcomer to the packaging industry but has already achieved substantial success in shrink wrapping and stretch wrapping. The Italian owned company benefits from a wealth of experience among its senior management team which is committed to becoming a leader in its field through designing and manufacturing equipment that offers both high quality and unique features that outperform traditional machines that exist in the market.
The key focus of the company is to direct its significant resources into two key areas, those being product development and customer support.
Consequently Atlanta already has a network of subsidiaries and distributors in most key markets that is rapidly building an enviable reputation for the company.

Endoline has long been known for supplying a wide range of secondary packaging machines but has never become involved with shrink wrapping technology within secondary packaging and has always stopped short of warehouse equipment such as stretch wrapping equipment. By combining the two product ranges from Endoline and Atlanta, customers can benefit from true turn-key systems in the knowledge that they are dealing with experts in their respective fields to ensure the most efficient systems are delivered.

The combination of Endoline’s case handling experience together with Atlanta’s tray and pallet handling experience also provides opportunities for customers to seek advice on a complete package of products in the knowledge that each partner’s products work equally effectively either as a system or as standalone machines that can be added to at a later date.
