All machines incorporate unique performance-enhancing design features with options for tape and hot melt glue and are designed to compliment our case forming, erecting and loading machines

Floating Bridge
Fitted as standard to all our case sealers, the floating bridge allows the machine to accept swollen or out-of-specification cases while providing consistent and accurate sealing. This feature also allows quick access to the bottom tapehead with no need to readjust the machine.
Twin Column Construction
The use of our unique twin column design provides added stability for the taping bridge to ensure the machine runs smoothly at all times with minimal interruption and it provides the support necessary for the Floating Bridge feature. Fully automatic machines are fitted with two pairs of columns for additional support to the folding section.
Interchangeable tape heads
All our case taping machines have instantly removable, interchangeable tapeheads that are easily threaded and are fitted with integral steel knife guards. This means that tape can be reloaded rapidly with the minimum of down time. It also means that fewer spare tapeheads are required thereby significantly reducing spare parts costs.
