We were looking for a case erector when we saw Endoline at the PPMA show. They had a 221 case erector there and we were very impressed with the simplicity of the design and smooth operation of the machine. It also had a small footprint which was ideal for the limited amount of production space we had available. We looked at one other company, but Endoline were always the front runners and got the sale.

THE SPIDER PALLETISING ROBOT

The ‘Spider’ robot is a servo driven gantry robot built with 3 or 4 axes and is unique due to it’s compact footprint. The fast gripper changing system from vacuum gripper to a clamping gripper is suitable for a variety of products. Change over is quick and efficient as a result of pre-programmed pallet patterns which are stored into the ‘Spider’ and viewed via a large ‘operator display’ panel.
