We’ve had the case erector (and a case sealer) for about 4-5 years and it’s the best machine in my factory. It’s very efficient, easy to operate and very simple to change over from one type of case to another. It has saved us the cost of employing 4 operators to do the same job and it’s an extremely reliable machine.

The type 205 and 208 are high speed case erectors designed to apply hot melt glue to the bottom of cases ready for packing.
The type 221 and type 223 fully automatic case erecting machines are designed to handle average sized cases in a wide variety of styles.
The type 225 and type 226 case erectors are designed to handle medium to large sized cases in a wide variety of styles.
The type 602 and 607 case sealers are designed to seal cases without an operator, like all Endoline machines they can be bespoke designed to suit individual needs.
The Endoline type 702 is a fully automatic pre-set case sealer that seals cases with self-adhesive tape and does not need an operator. It is well-suited to long runs of the same case size and particularly for light cases such as those typically used in the snacks industry.
This fully automatic high speed case taping machine includes a scanning device to determine the size of the cases to enable throughput of up to 18 cases per minute. It can accept a wide range of case sizes and weights and can even be fitted with automatic detection of specific cases that may not require taping.
For operator-free control, this machine includes a top flap closing unit, two tapeheads for top and bottom sealing, interchangeable tapeheads, adjustable legs and adjustable size squeeze wheels.
The semi-automatic pre-set case packing system includes an adjustable angle case former and a case sealing machine that is fitted with a 3 flap folder, which closes the front and side flaps of the case as the operator pushes the case from the case former into the case sealer.
The type SPT seals cases top and bottom with self adhesive tape. The machine is well suited to single operator use, is simple and easy to operate and maintain.
Packing stations are ergonomically designed to reduce the effort required to hand pack a wide variety of products by ensuring that products, people and packaging are arranged in the most efficient way possible.
